We do our best on sending out orders in a timely manner. However, if you see that your
order hasn’t been shipped out yet, feel free to contact us, and we can move forward in
working with you to update your order. Please note, that we have Limited Availability on
our items, so we’re not able to guarantee that the item you’re seeking will be on hand.

Yes! You will receive an email confirming your purchase and once the order is fulfilled,
you will receive another email with your Tracking Number. You track your order by
visiting our website. You’ll scroll to the bottom and locate “Track My Order.” We track
our shipments with Aftership, so you’ll be taken to their website. From there, you can
enter your Tracking Number and you can see where your order is in the
fulfillment/shipping process.

Please note, some International orders will be tracked within the United States,
however, once outside of the country, the tracking number may or may not be updated.
This is subject to each countries mail system.

Our products are created in Limited Edition runs, so once sold out, we will not receive
new orders on those items.

SHIPPING

We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). Upon checkout, you will have the
opportunity to select the shipping method that you prefer.

Arrival time depends on the shipping method selected. However, most orders shipped
within the United States will take about 4 – 5 business days to arrive.
If you’re in a hurry to receive the order, you can select Priority Mail Express to receive
the order within 1 – 2 business days.

Yes, we’re happy to ship globally! We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
International Mail. International shipments typically take 2 – 3 weeks to be delivered.
Tracking will be updated within the United States. However, tracking outside of the
United States is limited to each country’s mail system.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or any other reason.
International customers are responsible for customs clearance, duty, foreign taxes, and
any other applicable charges and fees in the country they are receiving the order in.
Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise
and mark it as dutiable.

You can track your shipment via our website by clicking on “Track My Order.” This can

Unfortunately, if the order is stolen, lost, or damaged, we are unable to assist you with
these situations. You can contact United States Postal Service (USPS) to process a claim
by clicking here (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm).

All sales are final. This is due to the Limited Stock on our items. Please triple check your
order before submitting your purchase. Feel free to reach out to us at
customerservice@skindesigntattoos.com, if you’re not satisfied with your order and
we’ll work with you to find a solution.

We are happy to offer Exchanges within 30 days of the ship date.

The product needs to
be undamaged, unworn (except for fitting purposes), and needs to be sent with the
original packaging and paperwork.

Our collection is Limited Edition and we have Limited Stock, so we cannot guarantee
that the style or size that you’re seeking will be on hand. However, we will work with
you to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. One of our mottos is “there is always a
solution!”

We will send you a return label, which is pre-paid. This way, all you need to do is pack
up the item and send it our way.

Skin Design Tattoo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

Yes! Orders $50 or over receive Free Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note, this offer applies to domestic shipping only, normal shipping rates apply for international shipments.
